Refunds may be processed in the following situations:
Instant consultations (Chat/Call) cannot be cancelled once the session has started. For scheduled reports, cancellations are only accepted if the request is made before the astrologer begins processing the chart.
Approved refunds are typically credited back to your Astro Luna Wallet within 24-48 hours. These credits can be used for future consultations and do not expire.
Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the incident. Please provide the session ID and a briefly describe the issue to our support team.
