Return Policy

Astro Luna primarily provides digital services. Since consultations and reports are consumed upon delivery, standard return policies for physical goods do not apply in the same manner.

1. Digital Services

Astrology consultations (Chat/Call) and digital reports are intangible and irrevocable. We do not provide "returns" for a session that has been concluded. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of guidance, you may be eligible for a credit refund to your wallet as per our Refund Policy.

2. Remedial Products

If you have purchased remedial items (such as specialized Yantras or Puja rituals), please note:

Personalized Rituals: Once a puja or ritual has been performed in your name, it cannot be returned or cancelled.
Physical Items: In the rare event of a physical item being sent, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged in transit. You must report damage within 24 hours of receipt with photo evidence.

3. Exceptions

Any and all returns or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis by our support team. Our goal is to ensure you feel supported on your cosmic journey.
